| A: Because each project is unique, we factor in several variables when quoting your project. We generally provide a price based on the square footage of the structure. Occasionally, we will work on an hourly basis. Revisions, or changes to your plans after the original scope of work is fulfilled, are typically billed on an hourly basis. | |

| A: Since each project is unique, we factor in several variables when quoting your project. We generally provide a price based on the square footage of the finish material. Occasionally, we will work on an hourly basis. | |
| 3. | Q: What is your pricing structure for reprographic services? |
| A: Our fees are based on square footages, with discounts for high volume jobs, and discounts for BIA members. Computer file manipulation charges, when required, are charged on an hourly basis. There is NO CHARGE to store your scans and/or computer files on our servers, for extra prints in the future. | |
| 4. | Q: What is the maximum size you can print or copy? |
| A: Our equipment allows us to print a maximum size of 3 feet wide by 50 feet long. | |

| A: We accept cash, check, Visa, and MasterCard. | |
| 7. | Q: Are you a registered architect? |
| A: No, we are designers and draftsmen. If your house plans need to be stamped by a registered architect, or a professional engineer, we have working relationships with licensed professionals who, for an additional fee, can review and seal our drawings. | |
| 8. | Q: Do you design commercial buildings? |
| A: Yes, we have designed and detailed restaurants, dental offices, retail, and warehouse spaces, as well as multi-family dwellings. | |

| A: We are open Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. |
