Gives a general site plan as well as an area analysis plan of the house to denote the square footage of conditioned and unconditioned space. Schedules for area, doors, and windows.

Floor Plan

These plans show the placement of walls, windows, doors, appliances, plumbing fixtures, fully dimensioned and noted.

Electrical Plan

Shows lighting fixtures, wall outlets, fans, switches, ac units, notes etc. Comes with an electrical key for easy reading.

Exterior Elevations

These drawings illustrate the front, rear and both sides of the house, with all the details of exterior materials, plate heights, etc.

Cross Section Detail

Sections denote the method of construction and structual elements required for a successful build.

Enlarged Kitchen Plan and Cabinet Elevations

Enlarged kitchen plan to show a more detailed floor plan of the kitchen along with cabinet elevations for the kitchen, baths, media centers, etc.
